Description |
Blue, yellow and gold advertising tray. Around the blue circular perimeter are gold letters that read: "THE GREAT SEAL OF THE STATE OF OHIO" At the bottom of the perimeter is written: "THE OHIO DEVELOPMENT / AND PUBLICITY COMMISSION" Inside the circle is an image of the Great Seal of the State of Ohio. There is a link chain at the top of the sign for hanging. The back of the sign is gold. |

According to the donor, this advertising sign was used as a coffee tray by Ohio state senator Ted Gray. |

Former Ohio Senate Director of Finance Brian Perera donated a collection of political memorabilia and ephemera to the Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board in 2012. The Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board took over the care of the Statehouse and its collections in 1988. |
