Anthony (Tony) Core was born March 20, 1964 in Columbus, Ohio. Before his time in the Ohio House of Representatives, Core served on the Logan County MR/DD board. In 1999, Core was appointed to fill the seat for the 83rd District after the death of his father, Ed Core. After completing the partial term, he was re-elected to four more terms in the Ohio House. He was term-limited out of the seat in 2008, and won an uncontested race for Logan County Commissioner. |
